World No. 2 and the man of tennis, Novak Djokovic won over Rafael Nadal with 4-6, 6-3, 6-3, as they met for the 41st time in the final of the Internazionali BNL d’Italia in two hours and 19 minutes. Rafael Nadal recovered his score through closing, did the best and tried to take home the victory but luck was not for him as Djokovic rules the match. It is the first time for Rafael Nadal since 2004 has lost more than two matches on clay.

Djokovic proved that he is stronger and unbeatable. Djokovic said in an interview “It’s a special moment to win this tournament. “I want to thank my team who are always close to me and give me tons of support throughout my career. None of this would be possible without them. “I’ve really appreciated the chance to play here over the years and this final was an incredible challenge. I hope to return next year, see you again.” This is indeed a start of luck and positive views after the depressing news where thirty five were dead in the severe flooding in their country.
