If you’re moving to a new city, you don’t need to close your account.
But if you really want to – no problem, here’s how to do it. You don’t need to call us or email us. You can just close it yourself.
To Close your account, simply click here to login to your profile directly and click the red button on your right hand side.
How to change your Location. We’re in over 3,000 U.S. cities.
To update your location, please login to your profile and click the green Edit my profile button beside your profile picture, then select Edit your Details.
… and when you are redirected to the Edit profile details page, you can change your location in the field Where do you play tennis? Change your address, then scroll down and click Update.
| A few reminders: 1) Please use your main email, so you get invites and messages promptly. If you’re late with your response, you may miss your match invite. If you want to change it, you can update it in your profile 2) Report your match results, earn point and move up in the Tennis Round official rankings. 3) If we don’t have your mobile phone, please add it to your Profile so you can start receiving text (SMS) alerts when you get a new invite or a message. |
