I’ve recently started using FitBit and feel really proud of the stats, when I remember to wear it. In my 3 set match last night I traveled about 12,000 steps. Normally I walk about 4,000 – 5,000 steps every day, so adding some tennis in my routine can double and tripple my mileage.
Check out the spikes around 6:30pm to 9:30pm. That’s the match. And it looks like each game is about 400-500 steps. Who knew!
