*TENNIS FOREHAND* | How To Swing Across The Body On The (TENNIS FOREHAND)
I am a big believer in swinging low to high on the tennis forehand when the situation calls for it.
The problem with swinging low to high on the tennis forehand is when you get pulled out wide. What happens when you do not have time to set your feet and step in on the tennis forehand?
This calls for the open stance footwork pattern with the tennis forehand. The key is to finish with space when you swing across the body. Make sure the swing arm is not up against the body at the end of the tennis forehand.
Try catching the racquet away from the body to help create the space needed for this certain tennis forehand.

*TENNIS FOREHAND FOOTWORK* | Handle The Short Balls On The (TENNIS FOREHAND)
During the approach shot here is a tennis forehand footwork pattern you can use instead setting your feet, hitting the shot and then moving into the net.
The main idea is to move through the short ball with your tennis forehand footwork instead of stopping yourself to hit the shot.

*TENNIS SERVE* | Top Women’s PRO Changes Her Tennis Serve
I have had to great opportunity to coach a girl who has reached 48 in the world on the WTA.
Her name is Vasilisa Bardina. She played Kim Clijsters in 2007 at the Australian Open. Here is the link to check out the match http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNzvoMA2FsA
When Vasilisa first came to me, I told her the biggest thing to change was her tennis serve.
To be very blunt, she got to #48 in the world with a deficient tennis serve. She agreed to work with me on trying to change her tennis serve.

Pronating on Wide and Middle Serves
Should you pronate on a wide serve even though it turns your racket in the opposite direction that you’re aiming? In this video I explain why you should pronate on every serve, no matter where you’re aiming, and exactly how you aim your serve to different parts of the service box.

Backhand Slice Technique Comparison
The backhand slice can be an extremely useful shot to your tennis game. Not only can it be used in a defensive situation such as when you’re pulled off the court to the side or pushed back behind the baseline, but it can be used as an approach shot to get up to the net effectively and also as a change of pace during long baseline rallies.
