The tennis backhand is usually a shot that players either love or hate. The reason you have trouble with your tennis backhand might be because you haven’t been taught this simple trick. Relaxing your bottom hand on the grip after you make contact will immediately improve your tennis backhand.

Next time you go out onto the court, try relaxing the bottom hand on your tennis backhand. This will allow you to drive through the ball with the top hand on the grip.
