Tennis Fitness — Speed and Quickness

Training your body to be faster and more agile around the court can pay huge dividends for your tennis game! In this video I demonstrate a great drill that you can do either on or off a tennis court to improve your tennis specific movement. Not only will you improve your straight line speed but other types of footwork like baseline recovery shuffles and overhead positioning cross over steps are targeted as well.
